Job Summary
Set up, align, and strike portable chairs, seating platforms, basketball floors, staging, and risers for touring shows. Unload and load production equipment from trucks, move gear to stage, stack sound equipment and speakers, and set lighting under supervision. Perform housekeeping duties and execute other show-related tasks as assigned. Requires physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally, plus ability to climb stairs. Works flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. IATSE Union.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Physical strength to set up and strike arena and perform other assigned tasks
- Able to climb up and down stairs
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Able to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form
