Job Summary
The IAQ Project Supervisor is responsible for managing and performing all facets of HVAC remediation, duct cleaning, and microbial mitigation. Key responsibilities include enforcing industry-standard protocols, managing on-site remediation crews, overseeing field documentation, and ensuring compliance with corporate QA/QC guidelines. The role requires superior competency in mold remediation, HVAC cleaning, and duct cleaning. The supervisor will also provide training to new personnel and will have contact with clients and all levels of management. This position requires various certifications and the ability to travel extensively.
Required Qualifications
- High-quality mold mitigation and HVAC cleaning experience
- Expertise in duct cleaning, microbial mitigation, and HVAC restoration
- Ability to manage on-site personnel and training
- Knowledge of OSHA policies and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Understanding of blueprints and HVAC symbols
Desired Qualifications
- NADCA certification (to be obtained within 90-120 days of employment)
- Additional Certifications such as IICRC, ACAC – CMRS, CMR or CRMR, State Mold Remediator/Assessor
Additional Requirements
- Travel may be as high as 100% with overnight absences required, typically four nights per week.
