Job Summary
Stretch dough, apply toppings, and bake legendary NY-style pies during evening and weekend shifts. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage stock levels, and complete shift checklists to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to stand, lift up to 50lbs, and handle allergens like gluten and dairy. Late-night shifts occur once weekly. Full-time and part-time hours available with guaranteed minimum pay of $18/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc
- Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
- Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments
- Must be 18+ years old to apply
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)
- Late-night shifts (8pm/10pm-4am) are required once per week
