Job Summary
IAM Territory Manager to cover Amarillo, Odessa, Lubbock, Oklahoma City and the western part of Texas. Drive engagement with NTN Authorized Distributors and end-user customers, promote NTN products, and grow distributor relationships using a solution-based sales approach. Responsibilities include documenting opportunities in Salesforce, collaborating with Applications Engineers, Field Engineers, Customer Relations Advocates and Corporate Accounts, conducting daily sales calls, forecasting order levels, analyzing sales data, and traveling within the territory (up to 50% overnights) to maintain a constant market presence. Requires a bachelor's degree (BSME preferred), 5+ years of customer sales experience in industrial settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- BSME is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, however, in some instances, related field experiences will be considered.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with customer sales interactions.
- Competent knowledge within the Power and Transmission industry is preferred, however, at a minimum a candidate must demonstrate general industrial knowledge.
- Must be highly driven and have demonstrated past achievements in sales, territory management, project management and strong sales reporting capabilities.
- Ability to travel daily within the territory with 50% overnights.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products. With a focus on Microsoft Excel.
