Job Summary
Manage the identity and access landscape within Microsoft Entra ID for over 70 Van der Valk hotels by evaluating authorization requests, conducting access reviews, and maintaining account hygiene. Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents by analyzing reports, coordinating mitigation, and documenting lessons learned. Support internal and external audits for ISO 27001, AVG, and PCI DSS compliance by collecting evidence and translating findings into actionable improvements. Collaborate closely with Security, Operations, and Applications teams while aligning with hotel partners and vendors to ensure structural security maturity. Work full-time at the Valk Service Center in Breukelen.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau (IT, Security of vergelijkbaar)
- 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring binnen een security-, IAM- of IT-gerelateerde rol
- ervaring met Identity & Access Management binnen Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): conditional access, MFA, access reviews en rollen/rechten
- kennis van of ervaring met audits en compliance (ISO 27001, AVG, NIS2, PCI DSS)
- ervaring met of duidelijke affiniteit voor Incident Response
- communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels
- minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar
Desired Qualifications
- Relevante certificeringen (zoals SC-300, SC-200, AZ-500, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor of CISM)
