Job Summary
IAM Senior Analyst based in London, Manchester, or Staines responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and Privileged Access Management; deliver IAM operations and drive automation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. Collaborates with IAM Architecture/Engineering, performs on-call duties, and develops SOPs and playbooks to support operations; applies RBAC and PAM practices, manages cryptographic keys and certificates, and supports incidents and changes with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or specific IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM)
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity or identity management roles
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD, EntraID, Fortanix, Venafi)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, PAM, identity lifecycle, and access governance
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
