Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of complex CIAM projects within the Corporate Security and Resilience portfolio, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality while managing scope, risks, and resources in agreement with sponsors. Oversee program governance, approve project plans for strategic conformance, and provide timely status reporting to stakeholders. Manage onshore and offshore development teams using Agile methodologies, including MVP delivery via JIRA and Atlassian tools, to support multi-year business strategic plans. Balance 30% strategic planning with 70% tactical operational execution to drive benefit realization and formal closure.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a successful track record of leading complex initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge and proven application of Program and Project Management methodologies and full project lifecycle including documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and change controls process.
- Proven track record of large programs end-to-end delivery to time, cost and quality.
- Full term of experience must include management of implementing technology projects; management of onshore and offshore development teams.
- Implementation of Agile Methodology for delivering projects via MVP
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word.
- Bachelor's degree

- Utilization of JIRA and Atlassian Rovo, ARC a plus.
