Job Summary
Design, support, and administer the SailPoint Identity IQ environment, including workflows, applications, certifications, rules, tasks, forms, and reports. Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex IIQ issues while interfacing with vendor support. Maintain the application's Git repository, manage Active Directory accounts and groups, and develop user self-service access management tools. Lead the development of team goals, oversee the on-call rotation for critical IAM services, and contribute to Active Directory migration efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years of SailPoint Identity IQ development experience
- Strong understanding of the underlying IIQ framework (Databases, Servers, Tomcat, APIs, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, and understand XML
- Ability to read, write, and understand BeanShell
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership or supervision during limited engagements
- Comfortable operating in an environment with shifting priorities and high operational tempo
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using different connectors and integration modules for applications
- Knowledge of best practices related to certifications and governance
- Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow
- ITIL certification
