Job Summary
IAM Developer role focused on designing and implementing full-stack identity solutions using Python and Java. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging. Maintain and scale identity architecture with Auth0 and other IDaaS platforms (Okta, OneLogin, FusionAuth, Ping). Manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, and RBAC, while ensuring encryption and data protection align with global standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot identity-related issues, mentor junior engineers, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Brivo emphasizes in-person collaboration and a global security-focused product environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Auth0 and IAM ecosystems
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude) to boost engineering velocity and code quality
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and RBAC
- Strong understanding of encryption and data protection standards
- Experience in agile development environments (sprint planning, stand-ups)
- Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams
