Job Summary
IAM Operation AVP responsible for enforcing identity and access management policies across MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc under a dual-hat arrangement. Role involves provisioning/de-provisioning user access, conducting access reviews/attestation, Privileged Access Management, incident management, KPI reporting for BAU processes, documentation, and knowledge transfer for onboarded applications. Requires strong governance understanding in financial technology, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaboration with stakeholders across regions to support IT Risk, Security & Control.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Identity and Access Management
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of least privilege with access permissions
- Knowledge of IAM and PAM tools
