Job Summary
Senior IAM Okta Engineer to own Okta operations and help shape a scalable identity platform. Responsibilities include improving the stability and reliability of Okta operations, reducing manual access management through automation, developing more efficient lifecycle processes, supporting and maintaining Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, integrations), improving joiner/mover/leaver workflows, implementing automation with Okta Workflows, troubleshooting authentication and provisioning issues, and documenting changes for knowledge transfer. Requires hands-on Okta Workforce Identity experience, SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM provisioning, MFA and conditional access policies, lifecycle management, and strong troubleshooting. Nice to have exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG) and experience in improving lifecycle processes. Required Qualifications
- Must-Have: Strong, recent hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity
- Experience with: SSO (SAML, OIDC)
- SCIM provisioning
- MFA and conditional access policies
- Lifecycle Management (JML processes)
- Experience with Okta Workflows (or similar automation tooling)
- Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication and provisioning issues
