Job Summary
Full Stack IAM Developer to design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions using Java and Python. You will maintain and scale the core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform, implement IDaaS across Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping, manage identity provisioning and RBAC, ensure encryption and data protection per global standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot identity-related issues, mentor junior engineers, and participate in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality features.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in both Java and Python.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Forward-thinking approach to development, with a documented track record of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to significantly boost engineering velocity and code quality.
- Deep technical expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, focusing on cloud-native IAM architecture and API-first design principles.
- Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle, implementing secure-by-design practices to safeguard user data and streamline access management.
- Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards, ensuring all solutions are resilient against evolving security threats.

Desired Qualifications

- Strong full-stack development background with Java and Python
