Job Summary
Senior IAM IDM component lead responsible for the ForgeRock IDM component within CIAM Proximus. Serves as the main technical contact for Identity Lifecycle management solutions implemented within IDM. Design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions using ForgeRock; configure and customize ForgeRock components AM, DS, and IG; develop IAM policies and procedures; ensure data quality and synchronization across sources; integrate IAM with enterprise applications; monitor, troubleshoot, and improve IAM performance and security; document IAM processes and changes; stay current with IAM security trends; strong collaboration with analysts and a focus on secure access for systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience doing identity life cycle management with IDM
- Extensive knowledge of AM and DS
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (SAML, OAuth)
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Groovy)
- Experience with Azure AD is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
