Job Summary
Conduct customer advisory on IAM solution implementation and evolution. Analyze, design, and optimize identity and permission processes through workshops, assessments, and maturity analyses. Create technical and domain concepts while deploying Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management solutions. Design and refine Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows and integrate target systems via standard interfaces. Support compliance initiatives including NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, and GDPR. Lead or co-lead IAM programs and contribute to presales activities, proposal processes, and client presentations. Minimum three years of IAM or cybersecurity experience required with strong German and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IAM oder Cyber Security
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens 2 der europäischen marktführenden IAM / IGA Systemen
- Erfahrung mit Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungstechnologien
- Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID sowie hybriden Identitätslandschaften
- Verständnis für Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte
- Erfahrung mit Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
