Job Summary
The IAM Engineer III role focuses on designing, building, and operating identity governance capabilities, while developing Java-based applications to support IAM at scale. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SailPoint and strong Java development skills to maintain custom software solutions. Responsibilities include implementing IGA capabilities such as access management and role management, developing Java applications like REST APIs and microservices, producing documentation, and consulting on software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong programming expertise, and experience with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- Strong Java programming expertise (Java 8+)
- Experience with access management features like lifecycle management and access requests
- Ability to produce documentation (designs, configurations, runbooks)
- Ability to prioritize work based on business objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or ISC
- Engineering best practices in software solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams and non-technical teams
- Ability to align and mature to security practices
