Job Summary
Hands-on IAM Engineer to own the design, development, and day-to-day support of SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud deployments, SSO/federation, and enterprise provisioning; build and maintain connectors to AD/LDAP/DBs, develop BeanShell/Java rules, manage SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA) with Ping Identity/ADFS/Azure AD, automate JML lifecycle, and contribute to security audits and IAM onboarding across regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on IAM engineering experience in enterprise or regulated environments
- Proven SailPoint IdentityIQ experience — workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning
- Demonstrable SSO/federation implementation: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and MFA
- Practical knowledge of Ping Identity, ADFS, and/or Azure AD SSO configuration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and directory services
- Experience with JML lifecycle automation and access governance processes
- Scripting/development proficiency in BeanShell, Java, Python, and/or PowerShell
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM and authentication issues across diverse application stacks
