Job Summary
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) rules, workflows, and provisioning processes within the IAM platform while configuring role definitions, entitlements, and access certification processes. Develop and manage integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications, ensuring secure data exchange across connected systems. Perform unit testing of RBAC configurations, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and handle incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support post-deployment. Ensure IAM implementations align with organizational policies, compliance frameworks, and security standards. Leverage hands-on experience with tools like SailPoint, Microsoft Entra Identity Management, or Quest One Identity Manager to automate access workflows using scripting and SQL.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering
- Practical experience in RBAC implementation and workflow configuration
- Experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra Identity Management, or Quest One Identity Manager
- Knowledge of access certification and entitlement management processes
- Experience in system, role, and application integration within IAM environments
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation and workflow enhancements
- Experience in unit testing, UAT support, and operational issue resolution
- Ability to configure and implement RBAC frameworks effectively within IAM platforms
- Ability to automate access workflows using scripting and SQL
- Ability to integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications securely
- Ability to conduct testing and validate configurations before production deployment
- Ability to identify and resolve access control incidents efficiently
- Ability to support governance and compliance requirements through proper access controls
