Job Summary
Serve as the technical point of contact for integrating Identity and Access Management solutions, performing application onboarding via built-in and custom connectors. Develop, implement, and support workflows using Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL while designing Robotic Process Automation solutions for enterprise access control. Engage in requirements gathering, use case development, and integration testing, then lead testing, piloting, and implementation planning for new services. Research new technologies and advocate for security products, contributing to integration roadmaps with ServiceNow to align with ITIL best practices. Perform administration duties including upgrades, security updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring, while troubleshooting technical issues involving IAM platforms and SQL Server. Independently manage day-to-day project implementation activities, coordinate production reporting, and develop documentation for design specifications and user training.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation
- Supporting the delivery of secure, scalable identity solutions across diverse client environments
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Capability to bridge business needs and technical execution
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote-first environment
- 3–5 years of experience supporting IAM solutions, including hands-on development and maintenance with technologies such as Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes
- Experience developing APIs for access policies, access requests, and integrations with external applications
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM administration
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM workflows, forms, rules, and reports
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of agile software development, CI/CD practices, and secure coding standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
