Job Summary
IAM Engineer at PwC Cyber Data & Tech Risk Managed Services (Senior Associate) focusing on end-to-end IAM delivery across IGA, PAM, and AM. Responsibilities include implementing and supporting IAM capabilities, automating joiner/mover/leaver processes, onboarding applications, managing access reviews, and ensuring governance, compliance, and audit readiness. Will engage in incident management, automation via scripting and REST APIs, and cross-functional collaboration with IT security, risk, compliance, and application owners. Requires hands-on experience with IAM tooling (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt), PAM (CyberArk/Delinea), AM (Okta, Ping, Entra), SSO/MFA, and familiarity with standards like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Over 5 to 8 years of hands-on IAM implementation and operations support
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC and Saviynt; PAM tools like CyberArk or Delinea; AM platforms such as Okta, Ping, or similar
- Experience with SSO, MFA, federations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ruby) and REST APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
- Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and least privilege; audit readiness and compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CCSP are desirable
