Job Summary
Identify and target potential clients within the Quad Cities metro area, driving revenue growth in Label and Envelope sales by building relationships and closing deals. Develop strategic sales plans, present product demonstrations, and prepare quotations while collaborating with production facilities to ensure order fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales records and stay informed on industry trends to exceed targets. This role requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and relocation to Milwaukee for a mandatory six-month training program before transitioning to in-territory driving.
Required Qualifications
- Local: You reside in the Quad Cities metro area.
- Valid US driver's license, personal vehicle, great driving record, and insurable.
- Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel almost daily within your territory for face-to-face client contact.
- Relevant prior outside sales experience or recent graduate with a Sales-focused degree.
- Strong negotiation and listening skills.
- Six-month training period. Must be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI, for training, or a combination of home and traveling to Milwaukee for the duration of training.
- As this is NOT a remote position, the candidate must live within the Quad Cities territory.
