Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a player, coach, or official in basketball
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Prioritize player safety
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Possess a smartphone with internet access
  • Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
