Key responsibilities include managing set-up and break-down of sports equipment, building relationships with local organizations, marketing outreach, supervising Sports Coordinators, and maintaining safety compliance. The role requires a dynamic leader skilled in public speaking, problem-solving, and marketing, with prior experience in sports or community programming highly preferred.
