Job Summary
Lead and align the Finance, Insights, FBP, and CFE teams to execute the China strategy and translate I2I Patient Impact objectives locally; drive performance analytics and pricing strategy, develop long-range plans and G2M models, and manage external partnerships. Oversee development of market intelligence, sales force effectiveness frameworks, and omni-channel solutions; maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners; support hybrid work arrangements (40% in office) across China, with a focus on delivering value for patients through strategic financial leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above
- At least 15 years working experience in Multinational Company (MNC) in the function of Finance Director, Finance business partner, Marketing Research, Business Analysis, and Strategic position
- Finance experience and Pharmaceutical industry background are a must
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Strategic thinking and strong business analysis capability
- Strong communication and project management skill and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to develop strategic partnership with internal stakeholders
- Be able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects in parallel and to handle ambiguities
