Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead in Madrid leads end-to-end Invoice to Cash collections and dispute management for key accounts, oversees AR forecasting and KPI performance, acts as senior SME for complex disputes, and partners with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize cash flow and protect revenue. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 4–6 years in collections/disputes, English proficiency, and SAP/ERP experience; the role emphasizes leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare/Pharma context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance or related field
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Invoice to Cash, Collections and Dispute Management
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
- Experience in collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to present results to senior leadership
- Experience in process improvement and audit readiness
