Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead in Portugal: Lead end-to-end Invoice to Cash collections and dispute management for key customer portfolios. Oversee performance against SLAs and KPIs, drive cash flow optimization and credit risk mitigation, conduct AR forecasting and root-cause analyses, and provide senior SME guidance on complex disputes. Lead customer-facing negotiations, oversee dispute lifecycle, manage non-disputed credits and revenue adjustments, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve end-to-end I2C effectiveness. Senior-level leadership responsibilities include strategic partnership, escalation management, and delivering executive-ready analyses and reports. Proactively pursue process improvements, leverage technology/tools, and ensure audit readiness and control compliance. Fluency in English; SAP/ERP proficiency and experience in a healthcare/pharma setting are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience with end-to-end Invoice to Cash experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management)
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to support and prepare foundational analysis for evidence-based decision making
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in a multinational healthcare/pharma environment preferred
- Knowledge of digital/automation capabilities beneficial
- Fluent in English for communication
