Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead in Madrid, responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable collections and dispute management for high-value accounts within DePuy Synthes. Lead and oversee complex collections, negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow, monitor KPIs vs SLAs, perform AR forecasting and root-cause analysis, manage dispute lifecycle from investigation to resolution, provide guidance on credits and revenue adjustments, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive end-to-end I2C effectiveness. Serve as Senior SME for complex disputes, escalate risks, and support leadership with analyses and executive-ready reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (or related field), 4-6 years of relevant experience in Invoice to Cash, strong negotiation/communication skills, English fluency, and SAP/ERP proficiency; healthcare/pharma experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; SAP/ERP proficiency; SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP systems; Experience in Healthcare/Pharma industry preferred
- Ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
