Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead oversees end-to-end invoice-to-cash collections and dispute management for high-value accounts, including strategic collections, dispute lifecycle management, KPI performance against SLAs, and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Provides senior SME guidance on complex disputes, drives process improvements, and supports leadership with analytics, executive-ready reporting, and risk assessment. Requires bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, 4-6 years of experience in collections/dispute management, strong negotiation and stakeholder-engagement skills, English proficiency, and ERP/SAP proficiency. Based in Matosinhos/Porto Salvo, Portugal with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level degree (accounting/finance or related)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- End-to-end Invoice to Cash experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management)
- Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills
- English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience in a multinational or healthcare/pharma setting preferred
