Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead: Lead end-to-end Invoice to Cash collections and dispute management for strategic accounts, overseeing AR for high-value portfolios, negotiating to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO. Manage and guide the dispute lifecycle for complex issues, act as a Senior SME, supervise credits and revenue adjustments, and provide escalation leadership. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive end-to-end I2C effectiveness; deliver executive-ready analysis and reporting, and drive process improvements. Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, 4–6 years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, English fluency, and SAP/ERP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Advanced Negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English for communication
- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Experience in Invoicing to Cash/Collections/Dispute Management
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in healthcare/pharma industries preferred
- Ability to present to senior leadership
- Change Management skills preferred
