Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Invoice to Cash Collections and Dispute Management for DePuy Synthes in Pune, overseeing open receivables, customer negotiations, and complex disputes for high-value accounts. Drive KPI performance against SLAs, provide senior-level guidance on sales order releasing, perform advanced AR forecasting and root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize cash flow, mitigate credit risk, and improve customer revenue integrity. Serve as a senior SME for complex disputes, oversee credits and reconciliations, and champion process improvements, audit readiness, and cross-functional decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related business discipline
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Invoice to Cash, Collections/Dispute Management
- Strong English communication skills
