Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead in Zug, Switzerland, leads end-to-end collections and dispute management for strategic accounts within the Invoice to Cash process. Responsibilities include managing open receivables, driving cash flow improvements, leading KPI performance against SLAs, forecasting and trend analysis, and providing senior SME guidance on complex disputes. Collaborates with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue and Finance to optimize end-to-end I2C effectiveness; supports leadership with advanced analysis, executive-ready reporting, and high-impact projects. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of relevant experience in AR/Collections/Dispute Management, proficiency with ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office, English fluency, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and preferred financial certifications (CPA/CMA/MBA). Hybrid work arrangement in Zug, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or related business discipline
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Invoice to Cash, Collections/Dispute Management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to engage with internal/external stakeholders
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Experience in end-to-end dispute lifecycle and complex, high-value accounts
- Ability to provide senior-level guidance, escalation leadership, and solutioning support
- Experience with process improvement opportunities and audit readiness
- Preferred certifications: CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications
- Experience in healthcare/pharma industry (preferred)
- Foreign language capability is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to prepare executive-ready reporting
- Ability to collaborate across Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance teams
