Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Team Lead in Zug, Switzerland. Lead the end-to-end accounts receivable collections and dispute management for a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, driving cash flow, reducing DSO, and mitigating credit risk. Responsibilities include strategic management of collections and open receivables, KPI performance against SLAs, advanced AR forecasting and root-cause analyses, oversight of sales order releasing within authority limits, end-to-end dispute lifecycle management, negotiations with customers, and guidance to internal stakeholders. Collaborate across Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance to enhance end-to-end I2C effectiveness; provide senior escalation support, identify process-improvement opportunities, and ensure audit readiness and controls. Required: bachelor’s degree (accounting/finance or related), 4–6 years of relevant experience with strong customer engagement, advanced negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; English fluency; SAP knowledge preferred. Preferred certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) and experience in healthcare/pharma industries are advantageous.
