Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Sr Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer collections and dispute management within the Invoice-to-Cash process for high-risk, high-value portfolios, driving cash flow and timely resolution. The role involves managing AR, dispute resolution, and revenue reconciliation, performing root-cause analyses, forecasting, and KPI monitoring, and serving as a SME for complex disputes. Collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance teams is required, with guidance provided to internal stakeholders and participation in ad-hoc analyses and special projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, English fluency, SAP/ERP proficiency, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The role is located in Diegem, Belgium, and interacts with global finance processes within Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Invoice-to-Cash, with emphasis on Collections/Dispute Management
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with SAP systems or ERP platforms
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue, and Finance teams
- Basic understanding of AR forecasting, KPI tracking, and control environments
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit readiness
- CPA/MBA or other financial certifications preferred but not required
