Job Summary
Senior Analyst responsible for end-to-end invoice-to-cash activities including collections, dispute management, and revenue reconciliation for high-value customer portfolios. Partners with Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance; supports KPI monitoring, AR forecasting, and root-cause analyses to improve cash flow and payment outcomes. Serves as SME for complex disputes, guides negotiations, and identifies process improvements with technology tools. Requires strong English, ERP/SAP proficiency, and solid analytical/communication skills;Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred; CPA/CMA/MBA or similar certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
