Job Summary
I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Sr Analyst at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) leads end-to-end collections and dispute management for high-value accounts within the Invoice-to-Cash process. Responsibilities include driving cash collection performance, resolving disputes with root-cause analysis, AR forecasting, monitoring KPIs against SLAs, and supporting revenue reconciliation. The role requires SME-level ownership of complex disputes, collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance, and guidance to internal stakeholders on collection and dispute matters. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 2-4 years of relevant experience, ERP/SAP proficiency, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and English language proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Invoice-to-Cash, especially Collections/Dispute Management
- English proficiency; ERP/ SAP familiarity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage complex disputes
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications (preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash processes (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management)
- SAP or ERP system familiarity
- Strong English communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
- Process improvement and audit readiness experience
