Job Summary

Integrate, troubleshoot, and test RF sensor systems while developing lab environments and defining test cases to ensure expected data points. Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to exercise and stress system capabilities, and maintain system integration and test plans. Support outdoor test efforts during multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends, in an indoor or outdoor environment. Requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, and experience with RF lab equipment and test scripting. Located in Baltimore, MD, this role supports the G/ATOR program family within the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability Division.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, a Master's degree with 0 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to support multiple shifts (i.e. 2nd shift, weekends) when test schedule demands it
  • Ability to support an indoor / outdoor test environment
  • Experience with RF lab test equipment: signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving HW/SW/FW integration problems
  • Experience with test scripting, data analysis, and/or signal processing
  • Knowledge of RF systems and hardware
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Self-motivated and can take ownership on tasks
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate internally
  • Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts, including requirements analysis and verification planning and execution
  • Multi-disciplinary engineering experience and exposure (Software/Digital, Hardware, Electrical, Systems) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally
  • Knowledge and experience with ground radars and AESA radar development, design, test
  • Master's degree in STEM or Experience supporting USMC and/or USAF customer
  • Experience with MATLAB and/or Python
  • Hands on integration and test experience
