Job Summary
Establish high standards and supervise students during in-school suspension, consistently administering rules regarding behavior while informing learners of expectations. Maintain a silent, seated atmosphere and assist students with homework or differentiated instructional assignments across varying skill levels. Monitor instruction pacing, manage multiple activities, and keep accurate records of attendance and behavior for timely submission. Discipline students fairly using approved procedures and engage parents and administration as needed to support a nurturing, positive classroom climate.
