Job Summary
I/S Director role responsible for directing IT and information systems strategies to support business goals, mentoring management, overseeing cross-functional teams, and serving as the liaison between IT and customer leadership. Responsibilities include staffing and resource planning, guiding technology decisions to meet customer needs, managing project life cycles and budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and presenting to C-Suite stakeholders. The position requires strong communication, knowledge of technical trends, and experience in cloud, security, risk/compliance, and NIST frameworks, with a focus on delivering value to payer and business-process outsourcing solutions. On-site role located in Columbia, SC; Bachelor's degree and 10 years IT experience with 5 years in management are required.

- Required Work Experience: 10 years related IT experience (including experience with AMMS or other payer systems); 5 years management experience or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above
