Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator I at WM operates heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders) at landfill/recycling facilities, conducts routine inspections and maintenance, moves materials, follows safety SOPs, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires 1 year of heavy equipment experience, must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–6pm with one Saturday per month (6am–12pm); location is the Little Rock, AR landfill. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- Be over 18 years of age
