Job Summary
The role of I & E Technician involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation equipment across multiple sites. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventative maintenance, calibrating instrumentation, conducting safety inspections, and using mobile equipment for access. Candidates should be skilled in problem-solving, project management, teamwork, quality management, strategic thinking, and professionalism. A college or associate's degree is preferred, along with significant experience in electrical and PLC work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and PLC work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, such as Excel and Word
- Ability to read and interpret documents and blueprints
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work under wet, damp, and/or humid conditions
- Ability to work from heights, climb ladders, and perform duties in confined spaces
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a food-grade industrial environment
- Master Electrical license
