I/DD Caregiver - DSP

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during overnight hours by helping them stay engaged with hobbies, supporting daily routines including light meal prep, and accompanying them to appointments and errands. Encourage independence through community activities while providing meaningful, one-on-one assistance to help clients live more independently and confidently. Earn up to $19/hour with paid clearances, training, and orientation. BAYADA offers weekly pay, PTO, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 clinical support in a stable team environment. We provide paid training for those without prior experience and celebrate 50 years of compassion and reliability as an accredited home health care provider.
