Job Summary
Provide support with daily routines and personal care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. Help clients build life skills, maintain independence, and engage within the community through encouragement and meaningful companionship. Offer consistency and stability while facilitating participation in home and community activities. Requires at least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation to drive clients. Flexible scheduling available with short commutes and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
