I&C Metering Team Leader

I&C Metering Team Leader responsible for inspiring and developing a metering team, coaching staff, resolving escalated queries, and ensuring efficient delivery of day-to-day operations from first bill to resolving technical exceptions. Requires strong knowledge of Metering and energy industry processes, ability to manage stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, and maintain documented procedures. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic teamwork across departments, and maintaining high standards of service to Yu Energy customers; eligible candidates should have supervisory experience in energy/meters, excellent communication, data governance awareness, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-growing energy business.
