Job Summary
Directly manage all team personnel to ensure flawless operation of day-to-day performance and delivery within the I&C Metering Team. Investigate and resolve escalated business and customer queries, while working with Operations and Commercial Analysts to resolve strategic exceptions. Ensure all key processes from first bill to technical exception resolution are performed accurately and efficiently. Regularly review department processes for efficiency improvements, update documentation, and coordinate activities cross-functionally between departments. Support strategic relationships and contribute to company strategy and policy making as required.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth understanding of Metering and technical aspects of the Energy industry
- worked in the energy/metering industry
- supervisory role managing a diverse team
- first-rate communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- immaculate attention to detail
- high degree of computer literacy included Excel, Word and Power Point
- can do attitude
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- indefinite right to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- An understanding of the Energy Industry, be that Non-Half Hourly (NHH), Half-Hourly (HH) or Gas
- experience in Market-Wide Half-Hourly (MHHS)
