I&C Metering Advisor

Metering Advisor role based in Nottingham (office-based) within the Metering Team of the Operations Department. Responsibilities include handling Metering queries within SLA, building cross-team relationships, maintaining documentation and process continuity, liaising with non-customer and customer-facing teams to resolve complex registrations, ensuring robust business processes, providing solutions to written and verbal enquiries, managing customer queries to resolution within timescales, developing understanding of systems/processes to deliver excellent customer experience, and monitoring/escalating issues to ensure timely customer journeys and informing third parties. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organised, numerate, analytical, motivated with a can-do attitude, and a team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
