Job Summary
Hyundai Warranty Administrator responsible for reviewing manufacturer warranty claims for Hyundai dealerships, booking and closing claims, submitting claims for payment, and maintaining warranty receivable schedules to support dealer cash flow. Requires prior automotive dealer warranty experience, strong customer service, proficiency with DMS software and warranty accounting, and the ability to read technician stories and apply appropriate labor codes. Certification or training with at least one manufacturer is required. This is a full-time remote role with non-compete obligations and opportunities to stay compliant with manufacturer policies while supporting multiple dealer clients.
Required Qualifications
- Previously held position as a Warranty Admin in a franchised Automotive Dealer
- Good working knowledge of DMS software
- Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
- Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
- Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
- Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
