Greet clients, demonstrate vehicle features, and negotiate prices while building rapport with prospects through phone and social media follow-ups. Attend sales meetings and trainings, assist with showroom and lot displays, and use computers to manage active leads. Work both indoors and outdoors, standing or walking throughout shifts, with occasional travel to out-of-town training events and use of snow removal tools. Operate a wide variety of vehicles including hybrids, maintain a good driving record, and be available for weekend and evening shifts.
