Job Summary
Experienced New Car Sales Manager at Hyundai of Decatur responsible for leading the sales team, coaching and training staff, and guiding customer relationships to drive revenue. Builds referrals networks, helps connect the sales process, forecasts inventory needs, and manages performance to meet targets. Requires 5+ years of automotive sales management experience with knowledge of eLeads, V-auto, UCS, Dealer Track, and other automotive tech. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. Demonstrates professionalism, strong planning and data analysis, and the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
Required Qualifications
- Possess more than 5 years of automotive sales management experience, Required
- Chrysler experience, preferred
- Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Maintain robust customer service and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, coach employees with excellent people management skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess competent computer and phone skills (Internet, Microsoft, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
- Significant knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, UCS, Dealer Track, and other automotive technology systems
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
