Job Summary
Apprentice Technician supports the Service Department by assisting with vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs while continuing to develop skills under the guidance of a Journeyperson. Focus on learning and growth in automotive service, contributing to safety, efficiency, and positive customer experience. Located at 855 Automall Drive, North Vancouver, BC, this full-time role includes Saturday rotations and offers competitive hourly compensation with comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a valid BC driver’s license, ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds in a fast-paced shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Level 2 to Level 4 Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in British Columbia
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
