Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, present vehicle finance options and protection packages, and assist sales staff in closing deals while ensuring accurate paperwork completion. Build relationships with lenders to secure financing approvals, submit transactions electronically via DealerTrack and other systems, and process all documentation for state and lender requirements. Track deal receivables, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain daily logs to ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction. Maintain a high closing ratio and meet performance targets for deal averages and product penetration rates.
Required Qualifications
- Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
- Time Management – ability to manage one's own time
- Typing – the ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into the tracking system
- Mathematics – the ability to solve basic math calculations
