Job Summary
The Hyphen Process Specialist performs entry-level responsibilities to support Hyphen product capabilities, including preparing documentation for health and social care data ingestion and transformation, UX/UI development, API integration to back-end services, logging and KPI reporting and testing. Responsibilities include developing test cases, documenting data profiling, source-to-target mapping, transformation logic specifications, process design, creating business process flows and detailed design documentation, collaborating with stakeholders and development/QA teams to ensure alignment with requirements, communicating findings to technical and business audiences, and assisting in reporting and presenting requirements and approaches. Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma/GED also accepted) and strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio, ability to work independently or in a team, and solid time management and prioritization skills. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- HS Diploma or GED from an Accredited Institution
- Demonstrated ability to remain organized, self-motivated and able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Empathetic listener, effective in interpersonal communications
- Rigorous attention to detail, demonstrated ability to write clear, concise communications and documentation demonstrating proper grammar, correct spelling and punctuation
